- What the site is for, and who it serves.
- What exists now, if anything, and what is not working.
- The pages or features you have in mind.
- Any deadline, budget range, or technical constraint.
- A link to the current site, if there is one.
If you are writing about a Free Basics submission or a technical review, include the service name and the page address.
This site does not use a contact form. That is deliberate: a form would add scripts, validation, and another point of failure. Email is simpler and lighter.
